Automobile wire harness production has its particularity, is labour-intensive manufacturing industries, dependence on men is very large. So the quality of the external macro-environment effects on the quality of automobile wiring harness manufacturing project is very large.This paper simply introduces the concept of environment quality, environment quality structure, the influence of environment quality and the quality of the environment, the characteristics of the studied affect the quality of automotive wiring harness manufacturing project’s external environment, from the political environment, economic environment, legal environment, social and cultural environment, and made a detailed analysis of the physical environment five aspects, based on the analysis summarized the influence factors of influence quality of automotive wiring harness, and multi-level evaluation index system is established.Then use analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine the weight coefficient of each index, USES the efficacy coefficient method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the specific scores of each index.To set up auto wiring harness manufacturing project of external environmental quality evaluation model, and use this model to do empirical research in 2013.
