Research On The Improvement Of Production Efficiency Of Automobile Wiring Harness Line In TH

With the end of the demographic dividend era in manufacturing industry and the rapidly development of the automobile industry recent years,there are difficulties in recruiting workers including skilled workers.Automobile wire harness is the nervous system of automobile,it is the carrier of electrical signal transmission of all electric equipment of automobile.Automobile wire-harness manufacturing enterprises are labor intensive enterprises,The assembly line operation of harness mainly depends on manual work,so it’s hard to drive large scale automation.Therefore,the manufacturing labor cost is constantly increasing.Especially for some western automotive harnesses,due to the large number of circuits,long cables and complex harness design,the harness can be manufactured with low efficiency and long manufacturing cycle,which can’t meet the manufacturing mode and supply cycle.Therefore,it is necessary for improving the efficiency of assembly line to improve the production efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost,and also an essential means and measures to solve the shortage of works of automobile harness manufacturing enterprises,At the same time for the enterprise to create more profit space,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,promote the long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes TH company as the research object,,the internal environment,policy,industry and technology external environment of TH’s strategic improvement and lean management improvement,and concludes the necessity of research on harness assembly line production efficiency improvement of TH.USE IE theory 5W1 H and other methods mainly analyzes the problems and causes of harness assembly line production efficiency,This paper focuses on the analysis the three aspects of production process optimization,beat management and work position balance,and total quality management,put forward the corresponding improvement plan and puts forward some safeguard measures,such as guarantee of technical personnel and capital support of production.based on the theoretical knowledge and practical work experience,As a result,the production efficiency of TH company’s automobile wiring harness line was finally increased from the initial average of around 80% to over 90%,and the one-time acceptance rate exceeded 99.5%.The balance rate of assembly line station exceeds 95%,and meanwhile,it improves the enthusiasm of automobile wire harness line production staff and reduces the employee turnover rate.the on time delivery rate has been greatly improved,the delivery cycle has been significantly shortened,customer satisfaction has also been improved,and the manufacturing cost has been reduced so as to realize the maximization of enterprise value.
