With the rapid development of housing industrialization in China,the State Council,the Ministry of Housing and the provincial government in Shandong have made plans to accelerate the development of assembly buildings.Wallboard is the main component of assembled building,Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical and Experimental Research on wall panel materials,structural forms and connection modes with the main structure.The sandwich structure is adopted in the concrete sandwich composite slab,with concrete on both sides and polystyrene in the middle,which ensures the bearing capacity and reduces the self-weight.The insulation material is placed inside the wallboard,which solves the problem of insulation material falling off and improves the insulation performance.In this paper,a preliminary experimental study on concrete sandwich composite slabs is carried out.The main work includes: The failure modes and seismic performance of wallboard under horizontal seismic loads are studied,summarizing the theory of seismic shear of wall slabs,simplifying the stress model of wall slabs,and deducing the formula of shear capacity.In this paper,the quasi-static test of 9 concrete sandwich composite slabs is carried out to study the influence of aspect ratio and vertical compressive stress on the seismic performance of concrete sandwich composite slabs.The following conclusions are drawn from the test:1.The concrete on both sides of the concrete sandwich composite slab keeps the displacement in harmony,can work as a whole,and has good seismic performance.2.The concrete sandwich composite slab has high shear capacity.Under the action of horizontal load,the normal section bending moment is destroyed under compression,but no shear failure occurs.3.The steel mesh in the wallboard has an important influence on the seismic performance of the wallboard.The steel mesh should be a complete mesh,and can not be welded together by two pieces of welding.4.The influence of aspect ratio and vertical compressive stress on the skeleton curve of concrete sandwich composite slab is regular,and aspect ratio has greater influence on the skeleton curve of wall slab.5.The ductility of concrete sandwich composite slabs decreases with the increase of aspect ratio.In this paper,the influence of vertical compressive stress on the ductility of wallboard is irregular.6.The cracking stiffness of concrete sandwich composite slabs decreases with the increase of aspect ratio.In this paper,the influence of vertical compressive stress on cracking stiffness is irregular.7.The horizontal lateral bearing capacity of the wall slab is determined by the bending compression of the normal section.The bearing capacity of the wall slab can be calculated by referring to the reinforced concrete shear wall.When calculating,the steel bars can not be fully utilized and the utilization coefficient of the steel bars is 0.65...
