With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,prefabricated buildings have gradually come into people's lives.The steel structure itself has the characteristics of assembly.In the future,the assembly building with steel structure will become the mainstream development direction in China's assembly building system.Based on this development prospect,a new composite wall panel of steel frame fiber reinforced cement board is developed in this paper,which is applied to the fabricated steel structure building,hereinafter referred to as the fabricated new composite wall panel.In view of the economic applicability of the composite wall panel under different levels of wind load,this paper studies the selection of the wall panel by using the static analysis method,and optimizes the layout form and Section specification of the steel framework.In order to explore the synergistic effect of the selected composite wallboard and the lattice steel frame,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the quasi-static performance of the lattice pure steel frame and the steel frame with composite wallboard by means of the finite element analysis method,and concludes that the wallboard can act as a diagonal brace,and the existence of the composite wallboard can improve the overall seismic performance of the frame.The pseudo-static analysis of the parameters such as the distance between the main keel,the wall thickness of the steel skeleton,the specification of the main keel and the type of the opening is carried out,and the influence of the different parameters on the mechanical properties of the composite wallboard is obtained,which can provide a reference for the selection of the economic and applicable wallboard meeting the requirements of certain lateral stiffness.The selection and analysis of the new composite exterior wall panel is mainly to select the Section specification and spacing of the main and secondary keels of the steel framework of the wall panel.The mechanical properties of the steel skeleton's primary and secondary keels under different levels of wind load are studied,and the overall stability of the selected section specifications of the primary and secondary keels with better economic applicability is verified,so as to obtain a new type of assembled composite exterior wall panel suitable for the development of different levels of wind load areas.The finite element software is used to establish a full-scale single-layer and single span steel frame model of lattice structure.Under the same conditions,the comparative analysis of the quasi-static performance between the lattice beam column pure frame and the lattice frame with new composite wallboard is carried out.This paper studies the difference of mechanical properties between the empty frame and the frame system with the new composite wall panel,and analyzes the change of the seismic performance index in the elastoplastic stage.Through the change comparison,it is concluded that the new composite wall panel can act as the diagonal brace,and the existence of the composite wall panel can improve the seismic performance of the whole frame.The influence of window opening and door opening types on the seismic performance of the new wall panel is analyzed.Through the study of the results of finite element analysis,the influence of the above situation on the mechanical properties of composite wallboard is analyzed,and the theoretical reference for how to improve the mechanical properties of composite wallboard in practical application is provided.With the help of the finite element analysis method,the pseudo-static performance analysis of the new type of composite wall panel is carried out,and the seismic performance indexes such as the spacing of the main keel of the wall panel,the wall thickness of the steel framework,the height and width of the vertical strut,the stress nephogram,the skeleton curve,the bearing capacity,the energy consumption capacity,the ductility coefficient,the rigidity degradation and so on are studied.The influence of different parameters on the mechanical properties of composite wallboard is studied in detail,and the influence of different parameters on the mechanical properties of composite wallboard is obtained,so that the wallboard can be better used in fabricated steel structure buildings.
