Ecological civilization and beautiful China is the green vision in the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.A good ecological environment is an important symbol of urban ecological civilization,and it is also a call to the general secretary of General Xi Jinping,“the conviction that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable”.As the “green lung”of Jinan City,the southern mountainous area of Jinan is not only an important ecological function area and ecological barrier of Jinan,but also a groundwater source conservation area and recharge area of Jinan.In recent years,in pursuit of the rapid development of social economy and the predatory development of the natural environment,Jinan has severely damaged the mountainous mountain ecosystem,and the forest vegetation area has plummeted.The river has no landscape and seriously affects people's daily drinking.Water safety,the mountain body is excessively damaged by mining quarrying,the natural landscape of the exposed mountain rock disappears,the mountain ecosystem is facing serious imbalance,and the ecological environment problems are on the horizon.Therefore,the research on ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques in the southern mountainous areas not only plays an important role in supporting and safeguarding the ecological construction of Jinan City and highlighting the characteristics of Quancheng,but also maintains and improves the ecological environment of Jinan City,protects the diversity of urban species,and alleviates floods.The stress and pressure to promote Jinan's social economy and sustainable urban development are extremely urgent and primary tasks.At the same time,the implementation of ecological restoration and reconstruction technologies is also an important measure to implement the ecological civilization construction in the Five Integrals.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign ecological restoration and reconstruction technology theory,practice and research progress at home and abroad,the paper extensivelycollects reading literature and field research,analyzes the status quo and damage causes of mountain ecological protection in southern Jinan,and uses Delphi experts to score.The method selects the evaluation index of the comprehensive effect of ecological restoration and reconstruction technology in the southern mountainous areas of Jinan,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques,and analyzes the important index factors that have great influence on the ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques,and according to the factors.The size of the weight proposes the corresponding regional types and models of ecological restoration and reconstruction in the southern mountainous areas,and then proposes scientific and rational ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques.Research indicates:1.Establish a comprehensive effect evaluation system for ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques in southern mountainous areas of JinanThrough the establishment of the comprehensive effect evaluation system,it is concluded that the ecological benefit evaluation value of mountain ecological restoration and reconstruction technology is 0.5485,and the ecological benefits of mountain ecological restoration and reconstruction technology are the most important;the ecological vulnerability of forest vegetation is 0.2690.The ecological restoration effect of damaged mountain is0.1711,the social benefit of landscape river is 0.1182,the ecological reconstruction effect of landscape river is 0.1084,the ecological vulnerability of forest vegetation,the ecological restoration effect of damaged mountain,the social benefit of landscape river and the effect of ecological reconstruction are especially important in the ecological restoration and reconstruction technology of mountain areas;vegetation coverage is 0.1137,plant diversity is0.0729,waterside plant inundation degree is 0.0723,plant variety diversity is 0.0625,vegetation coverage,diversity and sustainability after technology implementation are needed in mountain ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques Priority.2.Proposing the ecological restoration and reconstruction technology in the southern mountainous area of JinanAccording to the value of the factor weight,the ecological environment,social development status and economic conditions of the southern mountainous area are integrated,and the influence of the index factors is comprehensively considered.According to the purpose of the research and the urgent need of ecological restoration and reconstruction in the southern mountainous areas,three types of ecological restoration and reconstruction areas were proposed : ecological restoration and reconstruction type area of damaged forest vegetation ecosystem,ecological restoration and reconstruction type area of damaged mountain ecosystem,ecological restoration and reconstruction type area of damaged river ecosystem.According to each type of ecological restoration and reconstruction area,the corresponding ecological restoration and reconstruction technology model is proposed:(1)Direct technical model for ecological restoration and reconstructionThe direct technical model of ecological restoration and reconstruction is proposed for the restoration of forest grassland,barren hills and infertile mountains in the forest vegetation of the southern mountainous areas,namely the ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques of damaged forest vegetation ecosystem.(2)Indirect technical model of ecological restoration and reconstructionThe indirect technical model of ecological restoration and reconstruction is proposed for ecological problems such as damaged mountain bodies and polluted rivers in the southern mountainous areas,namely,ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques of damaged mountain ecosystems,and ecological restoration and reconstruction techniques of damaged river ecosystems.
