With the rising popularity of red tourism in recent years,red tourist attractions have gradually become an important destination for many tourists.However,according to the actual situation at the moment,the existing red tourism resorts cannot meet the needs of the tourism market in terms of quantity or facilities,and they urgently need upgrading.Therefore,in the planning and construction of red tourism areas,it is not only satisfied with the improvement of the infrastructure conditions and the improvement of the comprehensive service level,but also to highlight the red revolutionary cultural elements to the greatest extent.In fact,more and more tourists are willing to visit the red tourist attractions not only to see the scenic spots,but also to learn the red revolutionary culture and to accept revolutionary traditional education.On the one hand,the scenic spot construction should protect the former revolutionary sites and The revolutionary cultural relics,on the other hand,should be multi-channels and multi-channels to tell the story of the red revolution and infiltrate the red revolutionary culture to various places in the red tourist attractions so that each tourist can experience the power of red culture.In this paper,the representative of the revolutionary site protection and planning cases in the mountainous regions of southern Hebei were investigated and studied through the elaboration on the relevant concepts of the revolutionary site and the questionnaire survey.The questionnaire was compared and analyzed using a combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Evaluation.This paper analyzes in detail the factors that affect the protection and planning of the former site of the revolution,including the relationship between the former site’s architectural ontology and its surrounding environment,the revolutionary spirit,and management services.Then the investigation and assessment of the status quo of the revolutionary site in the county was conducted to clarify the existing quantity,distribution,and protection of the site,and based on the characteristics of the site,according to the academic research value,revolutionary commemorative value,architectural art value,and social economic value,the former site of the revolutionary county conduct a value assessment.Based on the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and combining with the current situation of the revolutionary site in the county,the principles and tactics suitable for protection and planning of the revolutionary site in the county were summarized.It will be applied to the planning and design project of the historical town of SheXian county.At the same time,through the use of local regional and ethnic characteristics,the inheritance of the red culture has made the old revolutionary site of the county a unique significance and vitality.
