With the rapid development of power systems,the reliability requirements for power equipment are also increasing.Due to the tightness of the complete High-voltage switch cabinet,in some areas with heavy load,the performance index of the switchgear is exceeded.The performance of the switchgear exceeds the standard,which directly affects the safe and stable operation of the electrical system and electrical equipment.Aiming at the shortcomings of current High-voltage switchgear fault diagnosis and early warning design,this paper designs a High-voltage switchgear fault detection and early warning system based on low-power LoRa and NB-IoT wireless communication technologies.The system is divided into three parts: monitoring node,concentrator and monitoring and warning platform.The monitoring node uses the temperature,voltage and current sensors to collect the temperature,voltage and current data of the busbar contact respectively,analyzes the operating state of the high voltage switchgear,and issues an alarm prompt to the abnormal data,and collects it through the long-distance LoRa wireless transmission module.The data is sent to the concentrator;the concentrator is mainly responsible for collecting the data transmitted by the many bottom monitoring nodes,and after the data is packaged,the aggregate information is sent to the monitoring platform through the NB-IoT wireless transmission module;the monitoring and warning platform adopts the OneNet object.The networking platform receives the operational data uploaded by the concentrator and has functions of data storage,display,query,and early warning.In this paper,the software and hardware of the fault detection system are designed.The monitoring node and the concentrator main control chip select STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer.The two wireless communication modules use SX1278 and BC95 radio frequency chip respectively.The software of each device of the system is modularized using C language.Programming and selection of Keil MDK development environment.Aiming at the high requirements of wireless data transmission in this system,this paper proposes an optimized rate adaptive routing algorithm.Simulation analysis shows that the algorithm significantly improves the throughput of data transmission and achieves good monitoring results in actual operation.In addition,based on thefault early warning function,this paper designs a support vector machine prediction algorithm based on wavelet denoising,which is the calculation basis of high voltage switchgear fault warning.The simulation prediction results show that the algorithm can realize the high temperature switch cabinet contact temperature warning,and based on the current contact current and voltage value comprehensive analysis to determine the cause of high voltage switchgear failure.Finally,through the system function test,the experimental results show that the performance of the high-voltage switchgear fault detection and early warning system designed in this paper meets the design requirements,and can realize the function of fault diagnosis and early warning of the switchgear operation,which has significant promotion significance.Figure[58] Table[13] Reference[64]...
