With the rapid development of power systems,power grids become complex,High Voltage Switchgear is widely used in various occasions.There is a possibility that misoperation will happen in high voltage switchgear,and because of the large voltage levels and increased size of the grid,the damage that misoperation accident does to equipment and safety also gradually increased.Common high-voltage presence indication device has simple structure,usually with neon indicating charging status display poor performance in the case of strong light,and most high-voltage presence indication device features a single,limited warning effect.Therefore it is very meaningful to design a device which has the function of on-line monitoring early warning to guarantee the operation of power system and protect personnel safety.This paper designs a new type of switchgear warning system,which was composed of warning device and upper-computer software,using IEC60870-5-103 protocol(hereinafter to be referred as 103 protocol)upload the real-time warning information to upper-computer software based on the implementation of live displaying.It first introduces the operation process of warning system,analyzes the device’s hardware module function,on this basis,designs sampling,ranging and alarm function according to the idea of modular.This device is based on STM32L151 series microcontroller,alerting staff with voice alarm by ultrasonic judge state of switchgear cabinet at runtime,indicating whether charged with LED.Through researching 103 protocol,it understands the data structure of protocol and communication process,introduces the definition and function of 103 protocol,combining with the operating environment of warning device,selecting part features of 103 specifications,designing a communication protocol which is applyed to live displaying device.It realizes organization and upload function in device,backs up protocol data when power fails.In order to test the communication function of device,upper-computer test software is developed.the software development based on the main function of master station in 103 protocol,two kinds of working mode are designed:manual mode is used to test 103 communication function of the single device,polling mode to test device more online performance.The software realizes the basic function of the master station in 103 protocol,for instance,data querying from the station to get to process and display the message,and at the same time receiving 103 message text,which used to determine content of communication.Finally,the warning system has carried on the installation and experiment test in an substation.The device stability and durability were tested respectively,the device is running normally under the high temperature environment and components without damage;The results has proven that the system carries out a smooth operation among all modules in long hours,alarms in time and correct.To install and debug the warning system within the substation,some improvements were made according to the environment to meet actual needs,after a long trial running,all system function is stable,alarm function Performances accurate and reliable,which satisfies the design requirements. |
