Research On The Performance Evaluation Index System Of HJ Construction Enterprise

In recent years,with the One Belt and One Road strategy was put forward,which has pushed the pace of Going Global for the construction industry in China.This is an unprecedented opportunity and challenge.A scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system can correctly guide the business activities of enterprises and enhance the overall strength of enterprises.Although the performance management of construction enterprises in China has been implemented for some years,there are still many deficiencies.For the construction enterprises that are facing the fierce competition in the market,it is imperative to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system.This article first introduces the background and significance of selecting the case,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and sorts out the research ideas and methods.Next,the basic theories and concepts are elaborated,laying the theoretical foundation of this case study.Beginning with the third part,taking HJ construction enterprise as a case.The current performance evaluation index system of HJ construction enterprise is introduced.And then the article analyzes the problems existing in the current performance evaluation index system and the causes of the problems.The fourth part is the key of this article.Firstly,the necessity and applicability of introducing Balanced Scorecard into HJ construction enterprise are analyzed.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the industry and the actual situation of the enterprise,the Balanced Scorecard is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to set the weight of each level of performance evaluation index and introduced the application of the this index system.Finally,in the fifth part,the performance evaluation index system based on the Balanced Scorecard was applied,and summed up the effectiveness of applying the Balanced Scorecard.I hope this article can provide reference and guidance for HJ construction enterprise and other enterprises in the industry to apply Balanced Scorecard.
