Energy conservation and emission reduction is one of the hotspots in the society today,and the energy consumption of building construction has always been high.At the same time,with the popularity of various electrical equipment,the overall energy consumption of buildings will increase.Based on this,in order to achieve real-time monitoring and controlling of the operating status of the electrical equipment in the building and to obtain the relevant power consumption parameters of the electrical equipment,the controllers of the final level distribution equipment group of the building are designed.According to the task requirements of building monitoring system,the controller designed in this thesis is composed of the following parts: microprocessor part,serial port circuit,Ethernet circuit,wireless module and circuit module.The main function of the controller is to complete the transmission and processing of the data acquired by the acquisition node of the building monitoring system.The microprocessor uses the STM32F407 chip to provide control and scheduling functions.The serial circuit is used for code writing.The Ethernet circuit transfers the received data to the PC.The core chip of the wireless module uses the chip of CC2530 produced by Texas Instruments.The chip completes the wireless reception of data from the acquisition node.The power supply module provides the energy needed by the entire controller.In terms of software implementation,the ?C/OS-III real-time operating system was ported to the microprocessor.The principle of the network communication protocol LwIP(Light Weight IP)was analyzed,and the migration of the LwIP protocol based on ?C/OS-III was completed.The transplant test was conducted to ensure the normal communication between the controller and the PC.In addition,in the data communication implementation between the controller and the acquisition node,the related development environment was set up and the wireless sensor network and data communication were carried out.The communication algorithm was designed.Finally,the test of the controller function was performed in the entire building-level power distribution system.The monitoring software of the building inspection system was developed using Kingview software.Through monitoring the comparison of system test data and manual meter reading data:it was concluded that due to the influence of external factors such as electromagnetic interference and obstacles,as well as the limitations of selected chips,etc.The controller has a statistical error of less than 2% for each room's electricity consumption within 20 m.In summary.The controller improves data transmission efficiency and achieves data sharing in the control system of the final building distribution equipment group constructed by the wireless sensor ad hoc network,providing feasibility for remote monitoring,prediction analysis energy conservation and environmental protection ofthe final distribution equipment.operating.
