In the shock wave overpressure test system,The explosion moment of the warhead is one of the performance indicators of the warhead.Explosive light appears at the beginning of the explosion and can be an important signal for measuring the moment of explosion.Therefore,in the context of the existing measurement methods of various explosion point moments,it is proposed to measure the explosion zero time by using the explosion light as signal.(1)To get the spectrum of the explosive light,the infrared thermal imager and highspeed camera are used to obtain the temperature and high-speed images of the explosive moments of several types of explosives.The measured data is analyzed and combined with relevant literatures.The explosive temperature of the tested explosives is concentrated at 2000 k to 3000k;Spectral range is 0.9?m~1.5?m.Secondly,according to the different principles of photoelectric conversion,compare the rise time,dark current,sensitivity,noise and other parameters of various types of optoelectronic devices,and screen the types of optoelectronic devices suitable for measuring explosive light.Due to the weak photocurrent of the selected optoelectronic device,the analysis shows that the conversion circuit should have high input impedance,low noise and fast response.(2)According to the above theoretical analysis,select the silicon photodiode that meets the requirements and the transimpedance amplifier with integral feedback as the photodetection part in the zero-time recorder.The A/D and Flash are used to collect and store the optical signal through the FPGA to realize zero-time recording.Design a mechanical structure with adjustable pitch angle.When using,try to face the sun light and adjust the pitch angle of the optoelectronic device to ignite the heart.(3)The test of the zero-time recorder prototype is carried out.The results show that the test system can accurately measure the start time of the explosion,and the test system has reliability,which provides effective parameters for subsequent evaluation.In addition,for the zero-time recorder,the long-cable test method is needed in the large-equivalent test.Through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments,it is found that after the cable length exceeds 250 meters,the signal distortion of the frequency higher than 85 KHz is caused.
