A Research On The Improvement Of Electric Power Business Expansion Service Of Xiamen Power Supply Company

The reform of electric power system sticks to the market orientation,forms a large number of new power distribution companies,consequently it brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of State Grid Company.As an important part of the expansion of power supply business throughout the entire process of customers'application and installation,electric power business expansion service directly reflects the service level of grid companies,and it is also the foundation for the continuous development of grid companies.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the service level of power industry expansion under the background of power sale reform.According to the theory of process management,the measures to improve the service expansion of electric power industry are studied and proposed in the paper.The paper analyses the advanced practice at home and abroad,applies the business flow chart,ASME,fish bone chart analysis,attribution tools to evaluate the existing process and identify the key links and the links that need to be improved in the process management of the electric power business expansion service,and then puts forward some solutions such as organizational reform,process re-engineering and technological innovation to promote the service level of electric power industry and meet the increasing demands of government,society.The expected target was initially achieved.In 2018,Xiamen's business environment "access to electricity" index was equal to 28th out of 190 economies in the world.Some measures to expand the power industry have been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and recommended experience throughout the country.
