In order to cope with the changing competitive environment and market customer demand,many enterprises will carry out a series of business reforms to improve their core competitiveness,namely business process reengineering(BPR),which belongs to modern enterprise management theory.This theory was put forward by foreign scholars in the early 1990 s,aiming at improving the important indicators of enterprise survival,development and competition,such as cost,efficiency,customer satisfaction and profit margin.Taking the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises where the author is working as the research object,this paper applies the theory of value chain,value chain reengineering,supply chain management and lean production,and combines the percentage method,SWOT analysis method,fishbone diagram analysis method and 5WHY analysis method to analyze DL company's current business situation and industry.Business processes are investigated objectively and deeply,and the causes of the existing business processes and the key business processes are analyzed.A more efficient and convenient new business process is designed for the whole system,so as to provide more valuable products and services for customers and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In the writing of this paper,the author puts forward the framework model of business process reengineering based on the "goose array".Business process reengineering first needs to clarify the strategic objectives of the enterprise,secondly needs to select processes that are of great significance to the enterprise for value-added reengineering,and remoulds new value concepts from top to bottom,and finally with the change of organizational structure.As a supporting safeguard for BPR,the renewal of information technology will significantly improve the success rate and practicability of BPR through the cooperation of these five aspects.It is hoped that this model can be helpful for future researchers.The business process reengineering scheme studied in this paper has been partially practiced in DL Company and has achieved preliminary results.It has been highly recognized by the company's management,which is of great help to the improvement of the company's comprehensive competitiveness.The business process reengineering framework model and some theoretical foundations adopted in this paper have important application value and reference significance for the research and implementation of business process reengineering and the exploration of modern management model suitable for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China.
