Research On The Power Price Management Mechanism Of Hainan Province From The Perspective Of Ecology

With the continuous development of social economy,more and more energy is consumed,and the degree of dependence on electricity is becoming higher and higher.Hainan,as a provincial administrative region with the smallest land area and the largest ocean area in China,is also the largest special economic zone in China.In recent years,Hainan has also proposed that it must persist in building an ecological province,develop amid protection and protect amid development,and strictly abide by the ecological red line.In addition,promote the socio-economic and population,resources,environment,coordinated development and achieve a harmonious symbiosis between man and nature.However,how to solve the problems such as energy saving and emission reduction in the process of electricity consumption,and eliminate backward production capacity.Moreover,how to use the ecological perspective to develop electricity policy and guide the problem of electricity consumption has become a prominent problem faced by the relevant government departments.Based on the current situation of electricity price management mechanism in Hainan Province,this paper analyzes the ecological development of government policies from the perspectives of differential electricity price,peak-valley electricity price and ladder electricity price.This paper combines the present situation of the power price management mechanism in Hainan Province,and takes the differential electricity price,peak-valley electricity price and ladder electricity price as concrete examples.This paper also analyzes the role of government policy-making from the perspective of ecology from theoretical and practical aspects.Finally yet importantly,this paper analyzes the problems and the causes of electricity price management mechanism under the ecological perspective from the perspective of representative power-related enterprise evaluation.In order to improve the power price management mechanism from the ecological perspective,it is necessary to optimize the types and layout of power.
