| With the emergence of the combined form of "Internet + intelligent transportation",the intelligent level of expressway toll collection has been continuously improved,making the collection of expressway tolls safer,faster and more efficient and satisfying the characteristics of modern people’s online payment demands.As the core course of intelligent transportation technology application,the application and operation management of charging system technology,how to transform the book knowledge to the maximum of students’ skills is particularly important.The expressway toll system has experienced the development of manual charge,semi-automatic charge and automatic charge,and the composition of the lane charge system has also experienced a leap from quantitative to qualitative change.In order to satisfy the students’ comprehensive of the professional knowledge,has set the charge system of hardware and software within the campus,but with the development of high and new technology,the school experiment training room equipment for the construction of investment has gradually lagged behind the modern application of education of the limited resources of the inputs have been unable to meet the professional training equipment expensive experiments,update speed,gradually appear stretched in the process of teaching situation,the talents training goal of lead to sell at a discount greatly.ln recent years,the application of configuration software and PLC control in industrial simulation has developed rapidly.Many manufacturers also use the combination of configuration and PLC to develop teaching equipment,so that students majoring in control can benefit from it.This paper analyzes and researches the rapid development of intelligent charge control system by analyzing many problems existing in the practical training of teaching experiment.By adopting the technology of visualization function module of configuration software and the characteristics of PLC control system,it analyzes and designs the intelligent charge control simulation system oriented to the professional teaching of intelligent transportation technology application.The system includes the animation configuration of intelligent charge control interface and the control of PLC on external equipment.The system USES the configuration mode to visualize the working process and status of hardware equipment,which can not only solve the problem that the integrated plate cannot accurately understand the operating principle of equipment,but also solve the problem of fast update of experimental training equipment.This system is a self-designed teaching simulation system,which has been applied in the practical teaching of Yunnan traffic technical college. |
