In this paper, the author mainly studies the digital simulation of a hydraulic elements performance, and then studies the realization of visiblization of simulation based on industrial control configuration technology. First,the author introduces the source,meaning,objective ,and also the main task ,features ,structure of this paper . Then the author summarizes the development background, the application of configuration software in industrial control site and its affluent graphic ability. Based on the intention of intrgration of the performance simulating system and performance survey & control system of products, the author first make a plan for the performance test of hydraulic elements. For this test plan, the author builds a systematic mathematical model, and then achieves the digital simulation with the simulating module Simulink of Matlab. Ultimately, using the powerful calculating ability of Matlab and the affluent graphic function of configuration software RSView32, communicating between the Matlab and RSView32 based on technology :ActiveX ,the author represents the simulating course and its result in the way of animated drawing, thus achieve the simulating visiblization. The study in this paper opens up a new road for the performance test of hydraulic products. With a comprehensive utilization of each advantages ofconfiguration software and mathematical tool Matlab ,the author finds a new resolvent for the realization of visible simulation. This paper makes a wholesome attempt for visible simulation and the integration of industrial produces testing system and simulating system. And for the application of computer simulation technology in a general industrial field, this paper opens a more capacious space.
