As one of the most widely used mechanical mechanisms,gear transmission is widely used in automobiles,ships and various construction machinery industries.It has the characteristics of reliable work,strong environmental adaptability and compact structure.With the rise of the wind power industry,wind turbine growth equipment widely used gear drive this mechanical transmission form.The wind turbines work in the harsh environment of the perennial wilderness,erosion under irregular wind and sea water,sand and other substances.Therefore,the service life and transmission precision of the wind turbine gear transmission system are put forward higher goals.Failure mode,impact and hazard analysis(FMECA)is an important method for reliability analysis of product or system.The gear transmission system for wind turbine,because it involves many subsystems and components,and the failure mode is only a jumbled,gear parts,causes a fault may be generated by various design,manufacture,assembly,use stage.In this paper,the FMECA method will be used to carry out a detailed analysis of the gear transmission system.Through access to information and visits to relevant units,collect the failure modes and causes of gear transmission system of wind power generator,to assess the impact of each failure mode and degree of harmfulness,get the FMEA and CA model of transmission system,and puts forward the detailed measures to solve the failure mode,greatly reduces the transmission and shorten the system development cycle and the cost of research,to improve the service life and reliability have important function and meaning.As one of the most important parts of the transmission system,the service life of the gear,precision and reliability and the life of the transmission system,precision and reliability are closely related,and the gear modification is to improve the bearing capacity of the gear,one of effective measures to improve the life and reliability of the gear.Romax software is a professional gear transmission system modeling and analysis software,it can model the entire gearbox,through the establishment of simulation temperature and lubrication conditions,more fully consider the various factors.This paper will use the Romax software for modeling,simulation and Analysis on the drive system of the research,and transmission error,through the comparison and analysis of tooth surface load and temperature distribution and other factors,determine the optimal amount of modification and modification methods.On the basis of high level gear transmission system is carried on the dynanmic analysis,comparative analysis of the frequency characteristics of high-speed transmission repair gear pair error,vibration displacement and acceleration values of the shape before and after further verified the reasonable modification can effectively reduce vibration,reduce noise,improve the stability and reliability of the transmission system,transmission accuracy.It provides important significance for the design and practical machining and manufacture of this type of wind turbine gear.
