| XLPE power cable has a wide range of applications in power transmission.After the cable is put into operation,the power cable needs to withstand voltage test.The traditional power frequency AC withstand voltage test method is difficult to implement effectively on site due to limitations in equipment volume and capacity.The test equipment for attenuating the oscillating wave withstand voltage test has the characteristics of small volume and good portability,and the attenuation oscillation wave withstand voltage test result has good equivalence with the power frequency withstand voltage test result,so the cable field is used by the method.The withstand voltage test has a good application prospect.According to the requirements of field test,the basic structure and various components of the designed power cable attenuation oscillation wave withstand voltage test device are given.The principle of cable withstand voltage test using decaying oscillating wave voltage is analyzed,and the main circuit of the test is simulated by simulation software.The simulation results of constant current and constant voltage are given.The hardware circuit of the damped oscillator wave withstand voltage test device is designed,including: high voltage DC generator,controllable high voltage DC solid state switch,and single chip control system.The designed high-voltage DC generator adopts low-voltage controllable rectification,high-frequency inverter boosting and high-frequency voltage doubler rectification to realize DC high-voltage output;high-voltage DC solid-state switch adopts IGBT cascade mode,and adopts isolated power supply and driving mode.The control of the switch on and off is realized;the single-chip microcomputer control system adopts the 8051 as the core single-chip microcomputer,and is connected with external D/A,A/D and serial communication through optocoupler isolation to realize the control of the whole device.This paper completed the design of the software system of the damped oscillator wave withstand voltage test device,including the upper computer software and the lower computer program.The upper computer software uses LabVIEW to realize human-machine interface interaction,guide the lower-level machine to control and collect measurement data.The lower-level machine program mainly controls the hardware of the device during the test,including adjusting the high-voltage output,controlling the conduction and shutdown of the high-voltage switch,and Collection of external data,etc.Finally,in this paper,the components of the designed power cable attenuation oscillation wave withstand voltage test device are debugged,and the whole device is adjusted.The results show that the test device completes various design indicators and functional requirements. |
