With the wide application of plastic parts in daily life,people have higher and higher requirements on the quality of plastic parts.In the past,the production of plastic products mainly depended on the production experience to complete the mold design and determine the process parameters,but this method has been unable to meet the requirements of lean production.In order to obtain parts with complex product structure and high surface quality,CAE technology needs to be used to simulate the injection molding process,which can not only shorten the product development cycle and improve production efficiency,but also save a lot of production costs for enterprises.In this paper,the automobile dashboard decoration panel is taken as the research object,the structure of injection mold is designed by using UG and moldlfow,the process parameters are analyzed by orthogonal experiment,and the injection molding process parameters of automobile dashboard decoration panel are optimized by using second-order response surface method and genetic algorithm.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The product structure is designed,and the stiffness and mode of the product are changed by changing the layout of the product back rib.Through ansys analysis,the optimal floor layout is obtained,which greatly improves the rigidity and modal of the product,enhances the wear resistance of the product and reduces abnormal noise.(2)The injection molding mould structure of automobile dashboard decoration panel was designed,and the casting system and cooling system of injection mold were analyzed and studied based on rheology principle,and the optimal casting system and cooling system were obtained.(3)Mold temperature,melt temperature,cooling time,pressure holding time and pressure holding pressure were selected as horizontal factors,and warpage volume and shrinkage rate were used as assessment indexes.The orthogonal experiment and data processing of injection molding process parameters of automobile dashboard decorative panel were designed and completed,and the influence of each factor on the product index was obtained through numerical analysis of the experimental results,and two sets of process parameters with smaller warpage and volume shrinkage were obtained.(4)Two factors,holding pressure and melt temperature,were selected as optimization variables.The second-order response surface method was used to establish a mathematical model for injection molding process parameters of automobile dashboard decorative panel,and genetic algorithm was used for optimization.Main innovations of this paper:(1)The decorative panel structure of the instrument panel of the car is designed,and the serrated rib is added on the back of the product.The structure has the best stiffness and modal,and the product has a high wear resistance and is not prone to abnormal sound.(2)By using the grey relational degree analysis method,the warpage and volume shrinkage of the two indexes of the product reach a better level.(3)A second-order response surface model for injection molding process parameters of automobile dashboard decorative panel was established and optimized by genetic algorithm to obtain the best combination of process parameters.
