Research On Partner Selection Of Assembly Housing Supply Chain Based On Grey Relational-GA Model

With the continuous development of the urbanization process,the increasing demand for housing and the increasing diversification of customer demand,the housing industrialization in China will maintain a high speed and continuous development in the future.In order to show the visual representation of the housing industrialization,it is necessary to use the construction of assembled housing.However,the present supply chain of assembled housing is still in the initial stage of development in our country.In order to solve the problems of management confusion,inconsistency of objectives,and higher cost,any opening and issuing firm needs to integrate resources and unite closely.Related enterprises,through complementary advantages among enterprises,achieve optimal supply chain system.Partner selection is the most basic and important activity of supply chain management.Whether the choice is appropriate or not directly affects the success or failure of the whole supply chain operation.Through reasonable and prudent selection of partners combination,it will help to integrate resources and information,and contribute to the promotion and application of fabricated housing in China.Based on this,this paper analyzes the urgent need for the development of the assembly house,but the supply chain of the assembly house is not perfect,and the development enterprise chooses the partner's system is not comprehensive,and explores the significance of the assembly style housing application supply chain and the importance of its partner selection.On this basis,the core of this paper will be the core In order to realize the optimal operation system of the supply chain and perfect the assembly supply chain,the theory of supply chain management is analyzed in detail,and the selection of the supply chain and partner selection of the assembly house is studied.The structure model of the assembly house supply chain is established according to the literature research.The study method-expert interview-screening logic establishes the selection index system of the cooperative partner of the assembly house supply chain,and uses the preliminary evaluation,the detailed review,the optimal combination selection three stage model to evaluate the alternative partner of each node to get the optimal combination choice;finally select the choice of the selection of a enterprise project.The index system and evaluation method can better realize the choice of the enterprise to the partner,and well verify the availability of the established housing supply chain,the selection index system and the evaluation method,and complete the demonstration of the operation of the evaluation model.Finally,through the establishment of a good partner selection index system and mathematical evaluation model,this paper solves the problem of the selection and evaluation of the supply chain partners of the assembly house.The traditional research methods are generally too subjective or incomplete.In this paper,a set of assembly type residential housing supply chain partner selection index system is constructed in a phased way,combining the subjective and objective,and the corresponding selection evaluation model is established.It provides a reference for developers to choose the best combination of partners,strengthen supply chain management,achieve optimal operation of the system and improve business efficiency.
