In the process of China's automobile market,the vehicle population is also increasing year by year,as of the end of 2018,China's vehicle population has reached 240 million vehicles.The consequence is that parking is difficult,especially the urban parking,and for the existing parking spaces are difficult to meet people's parking needs,the stereo garage emerges at the right moment.Compared with the traditional parking space,the stereo garage has advantages of large capacity,small footprint and high degree of automation,which is an important means to solve the parking difficulties,and also provides an opportunity for the development of parking equipment.However,at present,a considerable number of stereo garages still have the problems of long waiting time and low operation efficiency of users,aiming at these problems,this paper takes the palletizing stereo garage as the research object,and completes the research on the access strategy and control system of the stereo garage.Firstly,on the basis of the working principle of the palletizing stereo garage,combined with the queuing theory,the three access strategies are modeled mathematically with the goal of the total access time,and the access strategies under different periods are simulated and analyzed by MATLAB,and the most suitable access strategy in different situations is obtained.On this basis,the two working modes of the palletizer are analyzed,and the mathematical modeling of the total working distance of the palletizer is carried out,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize a batch of access vehicle sequences,so that the total working distance of the palletizer is the shortest,and the optimized access path is significantly reduced compared with the original path.Secondly,the structure characteristics of the palletizing stereo garage are analyzed,and the automobile conveyors,the key components,are designed and the motor selection of the walking mechanism and lifting mechanism is completed.The statics analysis of the conveyor frame is carried out by ANSYS,and the rationality of the design parameters is proved.Then the modal analysis is carried out,and the natural frequency of the conveyor frame and the deformation under that frequency are obtained.Finally,the control system of the palletizing stereo garage is studied,and the hardware and software designs of the control system are completed according to the system control demands and taken Siemens PLC as the control core.The hardware part completes the allocation of I/O interface,the external wiring of PLC and the design of the main circuit of the palletizer,and the software part writes the control program according to the flow access flow chart,by the modular methods.Then,by MCGS configuration software,the designs of human-computer interaction interface and monitoring interface are completed and the operation strategy script is written,and the real-time monitoring of garage running state is realized.This paper enriches the content of access strategy and control system of palletizing stereo garage,improves the intelligence and operation efficiency of stereo garage,and provides some reference value for the research of stereo garage.
