As an important cornerstone of the development of the manufacturing industry,mechatronics technology is widely used in the field of automation,and it is of great significance to cultivate talents related to mechatronics.However,some comprehensive colleges in China still have certain aspects in the training of mechatronics personnel.Insufficient,due to the lack of training equipment and a single control method,the teaching effect is not good,which is very unfavorable for the practical teaching of mechatronics.In view of the above problems,a specific solution is proposed to develop a multi-firnctional electromechanical integration device that integrates multiple functions such as feeding,transmission,sorting,collection,and human-computer interaction,and performs PLC and touch screen.Control,while relying on equipment to provide professional training teaching experiments for mechanical and electronic courses.In the development process,the whole equipment is divided into four modules:the platform,the feeding,the transmission,and the sorting.The overall working principle is determined.The different types of workpieces are automatically fed by the feeding device,driven by the transmission device and recognized by the sensor.The recognition time is accurate to lms,and is accurately sorted and sent to the collecting device to ensure the success rate of sorting.The 3D modeling software SolidWorks is used together with 3D printing technology to complete the construction of the mechanical structure.The electrical control of the platform is divided into high-voltage circuits and control circuits to reasonably match the voltage and standardize the wiring.The pneumatic control is powered by a small air compressor.The control 24V solenoid valve controls the direct push cylinder action.The control of the platform mainly uses two core technologies,namely PLC control technology and human-machine configuration technology.PLC is used as the main control component.By receiving different types of DC24V sensor signals,the corresponding cylinder and motor equipment are controlled at the same time,and the touch screen is matched.And the configuration project to achieve good human-computer interaction and related alarms,records and other functions,with the core control technology to achieve the platform's functions,while relying on the function to carry out professional training teaching experiments,and thus improve the quality of training.The multi-functional electromechanical integration training platform designed in this paper has practical promotion significance for the practical teaching in the mechanical and electronic course;this paper has completed the following things:the mechanical design processing,the control and experimental design of the training platform;this platform has been used in The university for pilot teaching,and the teaching effect has been recognized by teachers and students unanimously.
