In recent years,PMSM has been widely used in elevator industry field with its small volume,light quality and high efficiency.So the research and develop of PMSM drive control system has practical engineering application significance.This paper mainly studied the PMSM drive control and monitoring system.The main content of this paper is to design PMSM drive control and touch screen human-machine interactive system.First of all,this paper analyzes the application of PMSM market foreground and research significance,gives out the mathematical model of three coordinates based on the structure of PMSM,analysis control strategy of PMSM based on its mathematical model,set up simulation model of rotor field-oriented vector control method based on MATLAB/Simulink to verify the theory.Then build the experimental platform combined with PMSM for vertical elevator traction machine drive control system of the project background,introduce the hardware with DSP as the core of system and give out the soft realization method,realize the vector control of PMSM on the hardware platform.Secondly according to the requirements of the project debugging,and the touch screen can't communicate with DSP directly on the market,touch screen human-machine interaction system with DSP based on Modbus protocol is developed.Based on the DSP communication program and configuration of touch screen design,the monitoring system is realized.Via the system test,the system can realize different staff permission to login password,motor running data can be displayed real timely,fault display,set motor parameters,set PI parameter and set speed curve parameter.The system can operate stably,friendly human-computer interface,and reduce the motor drive control system debug,upgrade and maintenance cost effectively.Finally combined with the theory and simulation analysis and the result of hardware platform experiment,the correctness of the theory,simulation and PMSM control strategy is verified,and the human-machine interaction system is feasible.
