Engine is the power of heavy machinery equipment necessary artifacts,has many characteristics,such as high power consumption,long operation time,in the process of installation and use its security is very important,especially its stability in use process is particularly important.Engine tappet dimensions accuracy is an important index,evaluation of the stability of most of the accidents related to engine tappet dimensions accuracy in excess of the prescribed standards,the size of the engine tappet precision measurement method research has caused the attention of people.At present,the traditional measurement method of the size precision of the engine tappet is the manual measurement method with the dolite and the target.The method is complex,the precision is low and the operation restriction is more.It is necessary to design a high precision and simple engine tappet tilt detection system,and it also has some research significance to the precision measurement in other fields.The thesis is divided into the following four parts:The first part,research meaning and related concepts.This part applies the method of comparative analysis,through the understanding of foreign and domestic access before detection method of precision,summarizes their advantages and disadvantages,puts forward the author’s test method and advantage,and the study of the author put forward the measurement method has the value and feasibility.In the second part,the three-dimensional model of tappet detection device and tappet detection line is introduced.Combining with the characteristics of the corresponding measurement sensor,designed the multiple testing station,and through the way of stepping motor drive to achieve handling work of the parts under test,in order to realize the assembly line type on-line detection.It has changed the disadvantages of manual detection and single detection in the past.The third part,mainly to test the tappet parameters,divided into two test parameters,includes tappet cylindrical cylindricity to test the verticality in the plane of the "A","A" dimension precision of the lifter,the last of the tappet is validated with theoretical calculation of vertical degree,and the feasibility of measuring method.In the fourth part,the stability of tappet is analyzed.The kinematics analysis of tappet is mainly carried out by using ANSYS,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of various movements of tappet in the detection process.This paper analyzes the force of tappet in the testing process,and determines whether it produces flexible deformation,which provides a certain reference for data compensation.
