With the development of modern economy,manufacturing industry played a more and more important role,and its proportion in the national economy has also increasing.It has become an important standard to measure a country's economic level and a symbol of the country's economic strength.At present,manufacturing industry tended to be informationzed,integrated,digital,collaborative,agile,networked,lean,professional,service-oriented,green and intelligent.China is a big manufacturing country,but there were many problems in its manufacturing industry,such as the coexistence of resource shortage and idle,the imbalance of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity,excess capacity and inadequate capacity.With the gradual development of industrial 4.0,under the revolution of large data and intelligent manufacturing,cloud manufacturing has proposed as an advanced manufacturing mode.This manufacturing mode has the characteristics of service-oriented,high efficiency and low consumption.It could use large data and Internet technology to organize various manufacturing resources to form a manufacturing cloud according to requirements,and distributed them on the cloud manufacturing service platform to provide customized on-demand services for users.In this new manufacturing mode,this paper put forward a research on the production plan formulation and optimization of mass customization enterprises based on cloud manufacturing environment,so that mass customization enterprises can make use of the advanced manufacturing environment of cloud manufacturing to formulate a favorable production plan.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)On the basis of previous research,combined with the research of mass customization and cloud manufacturing mode,this paper discussed the production planning of mass customization enterprises in the context of cloud manufacturing in detail,analyzed the attribute index of manufacturing resource combination,and given a system considering the characteristics of batch production in mass customization and the decentralization of manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing environment.Then a multi-objective optimization model has constructed according to the product delivery date,product cost and product quality that customers care most about.The Pareto solution set of production plan has obtained by using NSGA-II algorithm.(2)This paper established a six-tier attribute index system evaluation model for the optimization of production planning scheme set of mass customization enterprises in cloud manufacturing environment.The weight coefficients of attribute indexes were calculated by combining subjective and objective weights with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method.Finally,the combined weights calculated were applied to the improved TOPSIS method,and the optimal production planning scheme has obtained by ranking.(3)This paper validated the effectiveness and feasibility of the multi-objective model and NSGA-II algorithm by the example of Company A.The Pareto effective solution has been obtained by solving the model.Then the production plan set has been sorted synthetically according to the comprehensive evaluation model,and the optimal production plan has been obtained.It provided a reference for decision makers of mass customization enterprises to make production plans in cloud manufacturing environment.
