With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the rapid improvement of living standards,people are increasingly demanding in the quality of electricity.Non-linear load phenomena in power systems occur frequently,affecting the standard of living.Scientifically and rationally assessing various indicators of power quality and reducing the impact of human factors will help promote comprehensive management of power quality and establish a fair,just and open electricity market.First of all,this thesis introduces the background,current status and significance of power quality,and describes the definition and standard of power quality and the hazards of individual indicators under the standard.Secondly,the detailed analysis and case analysis of probability and statistics,vector algebra,analytic hierarchy process and RBF neural network are carried out.The obtained evaluation results are the basis for the comparison of the evaluation results of the next SOM neural network model,and the fuzzy mathematics is briefly explained.Theoretical analysis methods such as matter-element analysis and similarity theory,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each method.By learning and training the known sample data,the SOM neural network model for comprehensive evaluation of power quality is established,and the example is analyzed according to the established model.According to the proposed SOM neural network model,the examples are analyzed.The evaluation results of the evaluation model are compared with the above evaluation results,and the advantages and disadvantages of the given evaluation model are briefly analyzed.Finally,the role of power quality comprehensive fear assessment in power price is discussed.According to the existing literature,the user electricity function is introduced to establish the solution process model.The example proves that the method has an incentive effect on the two-way win-win between power consumption and power supply.Through the comparison of monitoring point data analysis and other evaluation results,it is proved that the comprehensive evaluation method of power quality given in this thesis can accurately and truly reflect the actual power quality problem,realize the classification and sequencing of power quality of each monitoring point,and have high reliability and practicability.The objective and reasonable method has made useful explorations on the research of comprehensive evaluation of power quality.At the same time,through the research on the quality pricing of power quality and the management and management of the electricity market,the introduction of the user’s electricity function and the insurance theory are introduced to realize the compensation mechanism,which has certain theoretical reliability.Through the analysis of the classification and function data,it can be known that the formulation of the compensation mechanism is more reasonable.
