With the advancement of electricity market reform,the construction and opening of the electricity market has become an inevitable trend,which will bring about changes in the market structure and make market players more diversified.The traditional electric power industry will add more uncertainties.As the main power dispatching operation department,the power dispatching center bears many pressures in power supervision,power market,and dispatching operation.It is urgent to establish a scientific,comprehensive,time-sensitive dispatching evaluation system with good operability to carry out power-oriented operations and carry out researches on Grid Dispatching Operation Evaluation System under Market Environment.Therefore,this thesis focuses on these needs,and its main tasks are as follows:(1)Firstly,make in-depth study of the assessment mechanism of dispatching agencies in mature foreign markets,summarize the basic principles of the design of index systems,refine the subject of power grid dispatch evaluation systems under the market environment,and propose sets of power grid dispatching indicators for safety,quality,efficiency,and energy conservation.(2)Secondly,aiming at a variety of basic power grid operation indicators,we propose an index pretreatment method based on type consistency and non-dimensionalization,and perform data preprocessing on the basic indicators of power grid operation;then we design index analysis methods based on consistency deviation indicators.The consistency deviation obtained is represented by the improved tricolor lamp indication method,and the evaluation and analysis of the single index of the power grid operation is realized by expressing the size of the consistency deviation.(3)Then,concerning the contradictory indicators that are commonly found in power grid operation indicators,a method of coordination analysis of contradictory indicators based on the ?-constraint method is proposed.This method draws on the idea of indiscriminate curves in economics and takes energy-economic contradictory indicators as an example,selects energy-saving and economic-characteristic indicators,establishes an energy-economy dual-objective optimization model,and uses ?-constraint method to obtain a coordination curve to achieve this.Comprehensive analysis of contradictory indicators,combined with the concept of ideal scheduling,proposes an evaluation method for power grid operation level based on ideal dispatch distance.(4)Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of the set of indicators within the four categories of topics for grid operation is made.Based on the characteristics of fuzzy artificial neural network with good learning ability,a synthetical index evaluation method based on fuzzy artificial neural network is proposed,and a fuzzy artificial neural network model of power quality is established.Study weighting rules of each sub-indicator when the power grid operating status changes and then obtain the comprehensive evaluation indicators for power quality topics.
