Research On The Simulation And Evaluation System Of Electricity Spot Market

Since the new round of power system reform,the construction of China's medium and long-term electricity market has made positive progress.With the deepening of reform,promoting the spot market has become the focus of attention at this stage.At present,the work in the spot pilot area is advancing in an orderly way,but there are still some shortcomings: first,the problem of bidding for different types of power supply at the same platform is not fully considered,and simulation experiments need to be carried out before the market operation to prevent risks;second,the scientific evaluation system based on the spot market has not been established,and the market operation cannot be systematically evaluated.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the simulation and evaluation system of the spot market,which can help improve the operation mechanism of the spot market beforehand and afterward.In order to verify the impact of large-scale participation of new energy represented by wind power in the spot market,the paper establishes a clearing model of the spot market considering wind power,aiming at the minimization of power purchase cost and taking into account safety constraints to optimize the total power.Based on the clearing process of Guangdong spot market,the simulation experiment is carried out to study the influence of wind turbine layout,wind power penetration and randomness on the clearing results of spot market.The simulation results are analyzed from the aspects of electricity price,transmission congestion degree,and the bided volume of conventional units,which is helpful to the risk prevention and rule improvement of market operation organizations.In order to realize the reasonable evaluation of the spot market,basing on the characteristics of the close combination of the market organization and the system operation in the spot transaction,the paper constructs a three-level evaluation index system which can comprehensively reflect the operation of the spot market,and studies the comprehensive evaluation method applicable to the index system,which can effectively integrate the multi indexes of different dimensions and orders of magnitude.Case results show that the proposed evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation method are feasible.The study in this paper can comprehensively evaluate the daily clearing results of the spot market,which can help the market operators to carry out dynamic comparative analysis,and provide experience and suggestions for the subsequent improvement of the operation level of the spot market.
