With the development of China's power grid industry and the introduction of smart grids,the importance of communication technology in the entire power system in increasing.The equipment of power transmission network is increasing,the complexity of topology is increasing,numbers and types of communication business are also increasing,which puts higher requirements on maintenance work of the power transmission network.How to arrange maintenance tasks reasonably and formulate high effectively and reasonable maintenance plan is of great significance for meeting requirements and ensuring normal operation of communication business.This is related to whether power transmission network is reliable and stable,and affects the operation of power system.It's obviously that the research on dispatching maintenance of power transmission network has great practical importance.The main goal of dispatching maintenance in power transmission network is to get the reasonably schedule of maintenance submitted by every maintenance organization according to established objective function,on the premise of ensuring normal operation of communication business(especially production scheduling communication business).Scheduling maintenance is essentially a multi-constrained optimization problem.This paper analyzes the operation status of power transmission network and related maintenance requirements,builds a maintenance scheduling model aiming at reducing the risk of the entire network of the power transmission network and improving the efficiency of maintenance work.The model is in line with the actual maintenance work of the power transmission network.Based on the multi-group particle swarm optimization algorithm,this paper improves the algorithm by dynamically adjusting the algorithm parameters,uniformly initializing the particle swarm and integrating the bacterial chemotaxis behavior,which effectively reduces the probability of being trapped in local optimum and improves algorithm's stability.In this paper,this improved algorithm is applied in the power transmission network simulation and optimization system,the maintenance scheduling and optimization module is designed and implemented.This module supports operators automatically dispatch maintenance to generate maintenance schedule and optimize existing maintenance schedule,providing supplementary reference for maintenance work.Based on the actual data of an anonymous Province,the algorithm proposed in this paper is simulated to verify the effectiveness,and the result shows this algorithm is correct and effective.
