With the emergence of smart home manufacturers like mushrooms after a rain,all kinds of manufacturers are promoting their own smart home control standards,which has led to the failure of non-standard and non-smart homes to be integrated into their internal management and management,bringing new and old changes to residents While it is difficult to manage in the scene,it also raises the problem of poor compatibility of home control under the home products of heterogeneous manufacturers;therefore,it is urgent to introduce a software and hardware integrated platform compatible with the home brands of mainstream manufacturers on the market to build smart,Non-smart home closed-loop centralized management system,to solve the current home control market "green and yellow not connected","difficulty in management" and other issues.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the control requirements of home appliances,and carry out the hierarchical design of the control system based on thisFirst,the scene of home appliance control is explained,and the typical scenes of cross-manufacturer home appliance control and non-smart home appliance control are clarified,and based on these scenes,data collection,drive adaptation,function matching,north-south control,application presentation,etc.are clarified Requirements,the system architecture design goals are clarified;secondly,according to the results of the requirements analysis,a three-level system architecture is given for front-end application presentation,middle-office driver and function matching,and back-end data collection and reporting;finally,the relevant technical theories used in the architecture design are explained(2)System hardware designCombined with the design results of the overall control system,detailed designs are made for the minimization system,voice control module,WIFI module,and infrared module in the design.Each design module has a customized main circuit design and drive for its adaptation scenario.Designed to match the related remote control,switch,voice control,cloud control flow,and the flow and legend description of circuit design and drive design are given.(3)System embedded software design and implementationCombined with the embedded software development process,detailed design of interface parameters and software process is given,and the basic framework of code implementation is given;various functions are tested in combination with forwarding test,file test,and application enable test.The test results show that the software module developed in this paper meets the requirements of the test scenario.(4)System experimentPrepare prototypes for scenarios in the requirements process,and test the overall system software and hardware in combination with prototype scenarios.This paper compiles test cases based on the typical process in the test scenario.From the results of the test cases,the functional test basically meets the requirements of cross-vendor,non-intelligent equipment unified management and control,and the function points and performance indicators match well..
