| China’s expressways are developing rapidly.Drainage asphalt pavement is a new type of pavement,which has good effects of noise reduction,anti-sliding and water mist surface func tion.It has attracted widespread attention from road workers in China inrecent years.The drai nage asphalt pavement has a large void ratio.In order to compensate for the loss of strengthcau sed by the large pore structure and the shortening of the fatiguelife caused by asphalt aging,the drainage asphalt pavement has higherrequirementson,the asphalt material,aggregate and mix ratio,and requires setting.A water-resistant adhesive layer with excellent performance to ensu re long-term performance stability of its structure and strength.Based on the demonstration project of the Yishui Expressway Drainage Asphalt Pvement Test Road,the research on the application technology of the drainage asphalt pavement is car ried out systematically.Comparative study of the domestic JapaneseTPS and HVA to two high viscosity modifiers for asphalt modification,and focus on the modification effect on domestic HVA mix,and the results showed that asphalt mixture made HVA high viscosity highelasticity modifier The modification of the materials meets the requirements of the specification.In add ition,a direct shear test device capable of applying vertical pressure and vertical tensile force was used to surround the waterproof adhesive layer of the drainage asphalt pavement,and the types of adhesive layer oil,the amount of adhesive layer oil,temperature,load and the like which affect the interlayer properties were investigated.Systematic research.The results show that there is an optimum value for the amount of adhesive layer oil,and the optimum amount determined by different test methods is different;the inter-layer properties are sensitive totemp erature changes;with the increase of vertical load,the shear performance is significantly impr oved,but different At different temperatures,the increase is different.Finally,the research c ombines the physical engineering and summarizes the construction technology of the drainage asphalt pavement and the disposal measures for common problems. |
