| With the continuous development and improvement of material technology and traffic safety awareness,high viscosity asphalt,as a new type of special modified asphalt,has been widely concerned and applied in drainage type(thin layer)pavement and drainage type flexible base,reflecting the performance advantages of good guarantee pavement quality and service state.Due to the high porosity of drainage asphalt mixture and less fine aggregate and mineral powder,asphalt binder with high viscosity is often needed,which cannot be satisfied by conventional petroleum asphalt and polymer modified asphalt.Generally,when used in OGFC asphalt mixture,the viscosity of high viscosity asphalt is up to 20000 pa.s.it has excellent bonding performance,which can meet the needs of road performance such as stability,durability,anti sliding and noise reduction.However,in the selection of domestic high viscosity asphalt,some admixtures mostly come from foreign technology and have high price,which limits the application and development of high viscosity asphalt to a certain extent.Based on this situation,this paper develops and optimizes the domestic high viscosity asphalt according to the theory of composite materials,and evaluates and verifies the road performance according to OGFC and LSPM two kinds of mixture technology.In the aspect of the development of high viscosity asphalt,through orthogonal optimization design experiment,the blending process of SBS and SIS as the main composite modified asphalt was established in the laboratory,and their respective influence factors and optimization formula were determined.According to the actual situation of the factory,the reasonable configuration of production process was carried out,and the process of large-scale production of high viscosity asphalt was developed.Using SBS,rubber powder,petroleum resin and other admixtures,a high viscosity asphalt for OGFC mixture has been developed to meet the existing technical specifications.A high viscosity asphalt for LSPM asphalt mixture has been developed,and its performance rating can reach PG82-22.In the aspect of asphalt mixture evaluation,according to the requirements of "technical specification for highway asphalt pavement construction"(JTG F40-2004),the OGFC-13 asphalt mixture was evaluated by using the developed high viscosity asphalt instead of Japan high viscosity modified asphalt.The results show that all performance indexes of OGFC asphalt mixture meet the specification requirements.According to the local standard DB37 /t1161-2009 "technical specification for application of large particle size permeable asphalt mixture",the performance verification of LSPM mixture is carried out.The test results show that the developed high viscosity asphalt can replace SBS modified asphalt,MAC asphalt,etc.,and has significant anti leakage ability,excellent high temperature performance and water stability,and the comprehensive road performance is greatly improved.There are no special requirements for the technical indexes of OGFC and LSPM high viscosity asphalt developed in this paper,so as to ensure the technical generality of the two asphalt products and meet the existing specifications.The economic benefit analysis shows that according to the production process,raw material price and storage cost,the price of high viscosity modified asphalt series increased by about 500 yuan on the basis of the same period of 70 and 90 petroleum asphalt;due to the high proportion of waste rubber powder,petroleum resin and other low price raw materials,the price of the developed high viscosity asphalt is more than 1000 yuan lower than that of SBS modified asphalt ? This has a great advantage with the same type of modified asphalt products on the market.The social and environmental benefits of high viscosity asphalt specially used for OGFC mixture and high viscosity asphalt and LSPM mixture will be far greater than economic benefits.It has good application prospects and promotional value. |
