As an important technology for developing circular economy,remanufacturing technology has the characteristics of good energy saving,material saving and environmental protection.However,a key problem that constrains the development of remanufacturing is the uncertainty of remanufacturing blanks.The uncertainty of remanufactured blanks is manifested in the uneven quantity and quality of remanufactured blanks so that blanks can only be remanufactured passively and individually by enterprises,which leads to complicated judgment process and low process efficiency.Therefore,it is important for the application and development of remanufacturing technology to study the timing decision-making method for predecisional remanufacturing.Finally,systematic research on the remanufacturing timing decision-making method of waste mechanical and electrical products is carried out based on the National Natural Science Foundation project “Research on the Remanufacturing and Remanufacturing Decision-Making Method of Waste Parts and Components,NO.51605347” and “Inherent Energy Efficiency Attributes of Mechanical Manufacturing System and Its Optimization Creation Method,NO.51775392”.The main contents of the research include:(1)According to the relationship between predecisional remanufacturing and service cycle,the meaning of predecisional remanufacturing is expounded and the main characteristics of active remanufacturing are analyzed.Finally,a method for timing decision-making interval of predecisional remanufacturing based on reliability analysis is proposed and examples are given to prove its validity and feasibility.(2)The optimal timing theory of predecisonal remanufacturing of waste mechanical and electrical products based on time-average energy consumption and time-average cost is analyzed;A time-dependent mapping of average energy consumption and time-average cost for predicting the degradation performance characteristic value is established;The prediction model method mainly includes: a least squares support vector machine prediction model,and a least squares twin support vector machine mapping function prediction method;Finally,considering the conflict relationship between the average energy consumption and the time average cost in the service period,Combining game theory,the best timing for predecisional remanufacturing of waste mechanical and electrical products is determined.(3)Based on the above research,a prototype design based on predecisional remanufacturing system is proposed.In this paper,the predecisional remanufacturingsystem is taken as the research object,and the prototype framework of predecisional remanufacturing service system based on reliability analysis is constructed.Through the design of system structure,system function and related database,the prototype design of modular predecisional remanufacturing service system is realized.
