Remanufacturing process design is a key factor of the remanufacturing quality.For the remanufacturing of used parts,the difference in service conditions leads to the diversity of damage levels and the incomplete remanufacturing information,which affects the speed and effectiveness of making repair plans.Therefore,recovering the defective information of used parts is particularly important for the design and research of the remanufacturing scheme.Based on this,this paper proposes the design method of remanufacturing process plan for waste parts based on the incomplete information,and combined with the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51675388),it carries out research on the following:Firstly,on the basis of the incomplete characteristics of waste parts,by analyzing the incompleteness and ambiguity of the remanufactured information of used parts,the composition and measurement method of the incomplete information are analyzed,and the design framework of the remanufacturing process based on the missing information is established.Secondly,the surface and internal information recovery model of the waste components are established.The reverse point engineering technique is used to register the damage point cloud data of the 3D scan with the original point cloud data,construct the missing point cloud model and recover the surface information by using unit step integral iteration method;the remaining life of the reconstructed damage model is predicted to recover internal information by finite element analysis.the prediction results are used for training the Support Vector Machine(SVM)model which provides model support for internal information recovery of a single used component.the trained SVM model is used to predict the remaining life of the used components and judge the remanufacturability.Thirdly,the design theory of remanufacturing process plan for used components is proposed.From the damage amount of the incomplete information of the used components,the BP neural network is used to make decisions on the remanufacturing process plan,and the remanufacturing process path plan of damage model is designed,the remanufacturing of used parts is realized.Finally,through the case analysis of a certain type of turbine blade,the remanufacturing process design method is used to optimize the remanufacturing plan of the waste components,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed solution are verified.
