In the process of using or idling the equipment,some physical damage will occur leading to its scrapping,and this damage is known as the deterioration of the equipment.Remanufacturing is the process of using special processes and technologies to restore the vitality of waste equipment.After remanufacturing the waste equipment,not only extends the service life of the waste equipment,but also increases the stability and adds value of the equipment.It also provides information for the design,repair and maintenance of the equipment,making it possible to complete the restoration of the equipment with less resource consumption.Since there are various causes of equipment deterioration and obsolescence,designing a suitable remanufacturing process route with appropriate optimization can improve the productivity of the remanufacturing process and reduce the production and manufacturing costs of remanufacturers.The research objective of this thesis is a waste chain cold-drawing machine,and the research questions are the feasibility of product remanufacturing,the characteristics of deterioration and the design of the remanufacturing process route.Firstly,an evaluation model of remanufacturing feasibility analysis of waste chain cold-drawing machine is established from three aspects of technology,economy and environment by using the group decision hierarchy analysis method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the remanufacturing feasibility of waste chain cold-drawing machine is analyzed.Then,taking the key component of the waste chain cold-drawing machine,mold base,for example,the cause of its deterioration is analyzed by using the fault tree model,and the deterioration characteristics corresponding to the cause of deterioration are categorized,and each deterioration characteristic is further classified into levels,and the corresponding remanufacturing process route is selected to repair the die holder according to its deterioration level.Based on the remanufacturing process route plan,a GERT random network model is established to solve the processing probability and expected time of each remanufacturing process sub route to provide data support and theoretical basis for the scheduling of remanufacturing processes and reasonable allocation of workshop resources.The optimization of remanufacturing process and the reasonableness of workshop resource allocation directly affect the cost of remanufacturing,which is crucial to the operation and development of remanufacturing enterprises.Finally,the Flex Sim simulation software is used to simulate the GERT random network model,and the simulation results of Flex Sim software are compared with the theoretical calculation results of GERT random network to verify the accuracy and rationality of the GERT random network model of the remanufacturing process route.It provides a solution for the digital upgrade and transformation of remanufacturing enterprises,and lays a foundation for subsequent remanufacturing process optimization and enterprise cost reduction and efficiency increase.
