Sealing technology is an important factor restricting the development of hydraulic cylinder performance.For piston cylinder,its sealing and friction are the main technical problems to be solved.The combination seal combines the excellent wear resistance of PTFE material and the self-sealing performance of rubber material,which is the development trend of reciprocating seal.The contact stress of each sealing surface can be judged by non-linear contact analysis;the friction is related to the contact pressure of the piston ring-cylinder wall contact surface,and the contact pressure can be obtained by integrating the contact stress on the contact surface.In this paper,the contact pressure of combined seals is analyzed and optimized:Firstly,the deformation formula of the combined seal ring under all loads is considered.Based on experience,the three-dimensional structure of combined seal is established.On the one hand,the constitutive model of O-ring is established by using elasticity and structural mechanics;on the other hand,the stress analysis of wear-resistant ring is carried out by combining theoretical mechanics and material mechanics,and its deformation mathematical model is established.Secondly,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze and calculate the mechanical characteristics of the combined seal ring under static load,and the factors affecting the sealing performance are summarized as variables for reference in the next simulation.Then,by comparing and analyzing the working conditions and structural parameters of the combined seal ring,the influence of these factors on the sealing performance is discussed,and the main influencing factors of the contact stress,contact pressure and other parameters are obtained.The optimum structural parameters of the combined seal ring under given working pressure are obtained by optimum design.Finally,an efficient sealing performance test system is designed to verify the rationality of the simulation analysis.It also introduces how to complete the corresponding experimental projects from four aspects: hydraulic system design,test bench design,test method realization and key control technology of test system.
