| As an important part of the community home care service,the community elderly day care center not only conforms to the traditional concept of old-age care in China,but also enables the elderly to rely on the community to support the elderly.It can also make up for the weakening of the family pension function and reduce the old-age care institutions pressure.In recent years,China has issued many policy measures on the construction of day care centers,which have provided strong support for its development and played an important role in improving the quality of day care.This paper analyzes and analyzes the relevant literatures of community pension and day care centers at home and abroad,as well as the policy norms issued by China in response to the problem of aging.Three sets of questionnaires are designed,including the questionnaire on the basic situation of the elderly.Questionnaire for service status of the care center and questionnaire for the satisfaction of the elderly.They are used to investigate the basic attributes of the elderly,the status and operation of the day care center,and the satisfaction of the old people with the service indicators of the current day care center.For "The Basic Situation of The Elderly Questionnaire" analysis shows that the majority of older people still maintain the traditional concept of retirement,tend to home care,the elderly and low awareness and acceptance of day-care centers.According to the analysis of the “Day Care Center Service Survey Questionnaire”,the management subjects and funding sources of the current day care center are mainly government.Compared with the relevant construction specifications,the current service content is lacking,or it is organized in the form of regular lectures and education,and there are deficiencies in security equipment and transportation facilities.According to the relevant construction specifications and the “Day Care Center Service Survey Questionnaire”,the satisfaction evaluation index is selected,the hierarchical structure model is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process,and the reliability and effectiveness of the evaluation factors are analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Dimensions,a total of 19 indicator factors.By reading a large number of documents and construction standards,combined with the "Senior Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire",comprehensive analysis from the two aspects of subjective assignment and objective assignment,determine the weight value of the indicator factor,and establish a weight set.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the factor set and evaluation set.By constructing the fuzzy judgment matrix,the four dimensions of the basic service content,management and service personnel,service facilities and space environment and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation value of 19 secondary evaluation factors are calculated.The results show that the satisfaction evaluation of the the elderly day care center in Mianyang City is between “general” and “satisfactory”.In the community elderly care center construction evaluation indicators,the satisfaction of leisure and entertainment services,staff service attitude,charging standards,staff quality,room supporting facilities,leisure and entertainment facilities,and auxiliary space are high.At the same time,the elderly day care center in Mianyang City should pay attention to improving the service level of spiritual care,old canteen,cultural facilities,barrier-free facilities,medical space and staff allocation.Finally,combining with the analysis of data and research results,from the service object and function orientation,management subject and sources of funding,service facilities and service content,operation management and service personnel,policies and measures and service evaluation and public cognition from several aspects to Mianyang City community to the elderly day care center problems existing in the construction and development of promotion strategy is put forward. |
