With the rapid development of China's national economy and the rapid improvement of people's living standards and quality of life,the general public's demands for comfort,speed and safety have been increasing,and the passage time between cities has been shortened.Compared with the traditional highway transportation mode,the high-speed railway has the characteristics of low energy consumption and low pollution.Compared with the ordinary railway,the high-speed railway has the characteristics of fast running speed,smooth operation line and large curve radius.These characteristics make the high-speed rail and the EMU wheels have special wheel rail geometry relationship.The high-speed EMU in operation must operate continuously for a long time to meet the needs of high-speed railway diversification and long-distance transportation.However,with the increase of mileage of the EMU,wheel wear will gradually appear.Wheel wear can cause wheel rail geometry deviating from the initial design value,affect the vibration characteristics of vehicle system,reduce the stability of the EMU,and also affect the ride comfort of passengers.In recent years,the problem of lateral acceleration overload alarm caused by poor matching of wheel and rail of EMU has increased significantly.The lateral acceleration warning of the EMU bogie will cause the operation of the EMU to run down or stop,which will have a greater impact on the normal high-speed rail transport order and even affect the operation safety of the EMU.Therefore,studying the causes of lateral acceleration warning of high-speed EMU and putting forward control measures are of great significance for reducing the occurrence of lateral instability,avoiding lateral acceleration alarm affecting the operation safety of EMU,and ensuring the normal operation order of high-speed railways.At the same time,it can also provide support and reference for the operation and maintenance of high-speed railways and the routine maintenance of EMU.Taking CRH3 series EMU as the research object,this paper expounds the evaluation standards and methods for the operation stability of EMU,introduces the composition,alarm criteria and control logic of the lateral acceleration detection system for CRH3 series EMU bogies,and summarizes and summarizes the lateral acceleration warning information of the CRH3 series EMU since 2015,from the rail condition,the wheel condition and the wheelset repair quality.On the other hand,it analyzes the causes of transverse alarm of the structure,and puts forward some remedial measures,such as rail grinding,optimizing wheel tread,upgrading and upgrading of the landing gear,adjusting the repair cycle and optimizing the suspension parameters.It is feasible to track and track rails,optimize wheel tread,upgrade and rebuild the landing gear bed,adjust the hoisting cycle and optimize suspension parameters through track and track.It can effectively improve wheel rail matching relationship and reduce lateral acceleration alarm.The paper recommends that the equivalent taper limit criteria be set up for the service EMU of different lines and speed levels,and guide the EMU wheel repair.The EMU wheelset repair operation will be modified from cycle to state maintenance,and the maintenance cost will be reduced.The lateral warning measures will be carried out and the results will be continuously tracked.Further analysis and formulation of targeted solutions.
