Shipborne equipment with good shock resistance is an important index to verify the survivability of ships.In order to improve the anti-impact capability of Shipborne equipment,navies all over the world have carried out impact test on key equipment.Impact test is an indispensable part of the performance test of Shipborne equipment.Dynamic performance parameters of shipborne equipment can be measured by impact test machine.There is still a certain gap between China and the Western naval powers in the development of impact testing machines.The impact tester simulates the different types of non-contact explosive impact environment on the sea surface.Under the simulation of explosive impact,the design meets the shock resistance standard of Shipborne equipment.It mainly includes impact environment,dynamic response of equipment structure to impact,shock protection design,anti-impact capability check,anti-impact performance evaluation,anti-impact test technology and means,shock isolation technology and means,etc.The buffer device of impact tester is an important part of impact tester system.Its cushioning characteristics,stiffness and damping ratio have a vital impact on data acquisition during impact test.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the buffer device of impact testing machine for improving test accuracy and reducing the cost of drop impact testing.The research contents of this paper are mainly divided into the following four aspects:(1)The drop impact test is simulated by ABAQUS software.The drop impact characteristics of buffers with different damping ratios are studied.The optimal damping ratio is determined by comparing the impact displacement,velocity response of buffers with different damping ratios and the force on the base of drop test bench.The optimal damping ratio of buffers is selected to provide the optimal parameters for the next buffer selection.(2)Different hydraulic buffers are introduced,classified and summarized.The modern design method of hydraulic buffer is studied and analyzed,and the energy of drop impact process of drop test-bed is analyzed and calculated.The size of the damping hole diameter and the number of the damping holes are analyzed and calculated.The location of the throttle hole of the porous hydraulic buffer with reset spring and the location of the throttle hole of the porous hydraulic buffer without reset spring are designed.(3)AMESim software is used to build a simulated porous hydraulic buffer,and its AMESim model is established and solved.The results of AMESim hydraulic simulation software are analyzed.The parameters of AMESim hydraulic simulation software are set and the sub-models are selected reasonably by using the optimal damping ratio and the design parameters of the porous hydraulic buffer.(4)Static test,vibration sweep test and drop impact test are carried out to measure the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic buffer,such as maximum impact transmission force,equivalent impact stiffness,impact loss factor and impact transmission rate.
