| The buffer is not only the transmission mechanism of the longitudinal force,but also the buffer mechanism to alleviate the longitudinal impact of the train.The buffer performance directly affects the level of the longitudinal force of the long train.Considering the compression amount and compression speed of the buffer,this paper starts from exploring the mechanical characteristics of the buffer during compression,and uses computer simulation to complete the research on the impedance characteristics of the buffer by establishing a buffer database model.This provides experience for the optimization design of the buffer to reduce the longitudinal force of the train,and provides a basis for the future study of the longitudinal dynamics of the train,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of China’s heavy haul transportation industry.Based on the test data of impact test,drop hammer test and static pressure test of MT-2buffer,this paper compares and analyzes the test results,studies the impedance characteristics of the buffer under different tests,and summarizes the characteristics of the impedance characteristic curve of the buffer.Then,the data obtained from the test are processed technically,and the test curve is corrected and simplified,so as to realize the smoothing of the curve and reduce the influence of other factors on the buffer modeling.Then,based on the impact test and the drop hammer test,the compression speed of the buffer is solved,and the buffer impedance,compression amount and hypothetical compression speed curve are generated.Further,the compression amount and compression speed of the buffer are taken as independent variables,so that the contours of the compression amount and the compression speed intersect to form a grid,and the intersection of the grids constitutes a node,and then the data is interpolated and supplemented to obtain the impedance data at each position.Based on the processing of the test data and the solution of the compression speed,the database of the quantitative relationship between the impedance characteristics of the buffer and the compression amount and the compression speed based on the impact test and the drop hammer test is further constructed respectively,so as to establish the buffer database model reflecting the compression speed characteristics.At the same time,considering the actual situation of the train running on the actual line,the static pressure test data of the low-speed compression of the buffer are selected to supplement and correct,and then the comprehensive database model of the buffer is established.Finally,the MATLAB software is used to complete the call of the buffer database model and the preparation of the program,and the buffer model is simulated respectively to verify the validity of the model.From the quantitative results of simulation and test comparison,the difference between the simulation results of the buffer database model and the test results is within a reasonable range,and the simulation curve is close to the test curve.Therefore,the method of establishing the buffer database model through the test data is feasible,and the feasibility of establishing the buffer comprehensive database model by adding the drop hammer test and the static pressure test to the impact test is verified. |
