As the vehicles continue to increase,city vehicle berths are more and more nervous.It has engineering practice significance to study increasing the service efficiency of berth.This paper designs a three-dimensional garage system which includes smart berth background control system architecture and module function and mobile terminal App,electrical control structure,etc.It can realize the mobile users access the car booking and the optimal garage parking garage control system of intelligent dispatch vehicles.This three-dimensional garage system design idea is advanced,and it has theoretical and practical significance.The main works are described as follows:(1)An improved quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.This paper proposes a new type of quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the complex optimization problem,which puts forward three kinds of improved chicken swarm algorithm(IQPSO1,IQPSO2,IQPSO3,IQPSO4)with different strategies.And comparing new quantum algorithm with particle swarm optimization algorithm,the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm.The comparison results show that the improved qpso algorithm is superior to the other two algorithms in optimization ability,search accuracy and convergence speed,which proves the feasibility of the improved algorithm.(2)This paper designs a smart berth control system.The system includes smart berth background control system architecture and module function and mobile terminal App,algorithm embedded design,etc.It can realize the mobile users access the car booking and the optimal garage parking garage control system of intelligent dispatch vehicles.(3)The configuration model of stereo garage power system is established.It includes the motor power configuration model,lighting system power configuration model and charging pile power configuration model.At last,the demand configuration model of garage transformer and the optimal configuration model of transformer capacity are optimized,which is practical and operable to a certain extent.In this way,the investment cost can be reduced for the garage construction,and the economic operation of transformers can save energy and increase economic benefits.(4)Charging pile and electric vehicle optimal charging scheduling.Firstly,the user reservation process is analyzed,including the user demand process and system decision process.Secondly,set up the electric car parking charging optimized mathematical model and constraint condition,the electric car parking charge all users budget cost minimum as objective function,and finally,program implementation model,and then verify the feasibility of the model,through the simulation,implements the system automatically fast charging pile and the optimization of electric vehicles matching scheme.
