In order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and meet higher emission standards,Suqian Power Plant plans to further carry out a series of comprehensive renovation of 2* 660 MW units.Induced draft fan is a large energy consumption household,the transformation will be combined with heating requirements,choose the appropriate drive mode,bring significant economic and environmental benefits.From the point of view of energy-saving,the conventional steam turbine or motor-driven induction technology should be reformed,and the combined driving of steam turbine and motor-driven induction fan should be considered.This method can greatly reduce the rate of auxiliary power consumption,in the case of a certain total dispatch of electricity,can significantly improve the operating benefits of power plants.Based on the electromagnetic theory of motor operation,the harmonic magnetic potential of asynchronous motor is discussed,and the mechanism of harmonic torque is analyzed in detail.On the basis of researching the equivalent circuit of fundamental wave and harmonic wave,the calculation formula of pulsating harmonic torque is deduced by using the principle of virtual displacement.The asynchronous motor/ generator model of the "steam electric double drive" system under the condition of motor is established by using Ansoft software.The harmonic magnetic field of the motor is simulated,and the harmonic torque of the motor is analyzed and calculated,which lays a foundation for further studying the influence of harmonic torque on the traction motor.In order to make the motor have good and safe starting performance,The relationship between slot matching and additional torque of motor is studied.The circuit model between motor and harmonic is established,and the relationship between the additional torque of motor and the slot coordination of motor is obtained through the calculation and Simulation of the model.Considering the condition that the synchronous additional torque is generated by the motor,the slot coordination of the synchronous additional torque generated by the motor in the system is obtained.According to the comprehensive calculation,it is considered that the best slot matching scheme in the dual drive system is 96/123.
