The growing strength of the national economy promotes the continuous improvement of science and technology level in China,and the prosperity of various kinds of processing and manufacturing promotes the continuous expansion of the aluminum alloy casting industry chain.It promotes the common development of tool technology,fixture technology,cutting parameters,auxiliary manufacturing technology and detection technology in the processing of cast aluminium alloy.In turn,the development of processing technology of cast aluminium alloy has promoted the continuous development of die-casting aluminium alloy industry.Thin-walled heterosexual parts are an important category in the application of cast aluminium alloys.Its processing difficulties are as follows:there are many parts with complex structure,high tolerance requirement of shape and position,different stress on parts leads to different wall thickness,and thin-walled force is easy to deform.Therefore,there is an important demand for the research on the processing technology of thin-walled special-shaped parts of cast aluminium alloy.This topic has done the following research:1.The main research object of cast aluminum alloy is to study the prevention and control technology of defects in the production process of cast aluminum alloy blanks and the treatment methods of blank defects;the prevention and control of the deformation of thin-walled aluminum alloys and the control of clamping force in fixtures.2.Taking the main structural parts of a precision optical microscope as the research object,the corresponding processing technology and processing technical parameters are studied and optimized.The single-factor cutting test of the back-feeding knife is carried out,and the single-factor test of the radial runout of the tool extension system is carried out.CNC machining of aluminum alloy complex parts provides a new technical approach.3.Develop new process equipment to solve the technical problems of simple four-axis precision machining in ordinary three-axis machining centers.Cross-crossing orthogonal test is carried out to optimize the guidance of multi-influence factor processing schemes;batch processing of workpieces is carried out to verify the feasibility of the overall technical scheme.
