With the decreasing fossil energy and increasing pressure on environmental,China has strived to develop biogas projects,and defined the overall direction of rural biogas transformation.However,with the popularization of biogas energy,the number of personnel poisoning and property loss caused by biogas leakage continue to grow,and the existing biogas monitoring systems are mostly aimed at biogas project or individual users,what's more,they are less automated.Therefore,it is necessary to build a distributed monitoring system for household biogas appliances.The system can monitor the information of all household biogas appliances in the gas supply area in real time.It also provides a basis for gas production planning of biogas projects by centralized monitoring of the user's gas consumption.Aiming at the specific functions of integrated control of household biogas appliances,abnormal automatic flameout,sending SMS alarms,and centralized monitoring of all users in the gas supply range and the conveying pipe pressure in the biogas project,this paper mainly completes the following works:1)Construct a monitoring system for household biogas appliances based on ZigBee wireless communication technology.In order to realize the integrated control and real-time monitoring of household biogas appliances,the hardware and software of the ZigBee nodes was developed,which can be used to collect and transmit information;The mechanical structure of biogas stoves,biogas rice cookers and biogas water heaters was modified.The switch of household biogas appliances can be controlled by executive components such as step-motor and clutch;A graphical user interface(GUI)monitoring terminal of household biogas appliances was designed to provide monitoring and operation platform for users.2)Construct a distributed monitoring system for household biogas appliances based on LoRa wireless communication technology.In order to realize the centralized monitoring of all users in the gas supply area,the software and hardware of LoRa gateway is carried out,which receives the information from the household monitoring system and the pressure monitoring node of biogas project,and can send SMS alarms through GSM module.The upper computer monitoring terminal based on WinCC was designed to receive information from gateway through serial port and display information on the corresponding interface.3)Hardware testing and performance testing.Firstly,the alarm limit of biogas leakage was determined by the calibration test of MQ-4 sensor;Then the influence of distance and obstacles on ZigBee communication quality tests were used to guide the actual installation of ZigBee nodes;Finally,the overall performance of the system is verified at the demonstration point.The test results show that the system networking is normal,the data transmission is stable,the mechanical transmission mechanism can accurately control the biogas appliances,and its operation success rate reaches 100%.The system has an alarm success rate of 100% for 7 biogas leaks,and the response time is less than 15s;The distributed monitoring system can monitor all users in the gas supply range and the conveying pipe pressure in the biogas project,and send SMS alarms for dangerous situations.The system runs stably and reliably through hardware test,software test and overall test at demonstration point.The whole system is easy to operate,has strong practicability,strong expandability and high degree of intelligence.It can improve the drawbacks in the using process of household biogas,and has certain practical value.It has a good development prospect in promoting the comprehensive use of biogas.
