| The method for circuit breaker operating mechanism temperature and humidity on-line monitoring is proposed with new low power and low cost of ZigBee wireless network technology.The temperature and humidity sensor chip SHT11 is chosen to realize temperature and humidity data acquisition,which digital signal output has been calibrated.According to the system design requirements and pre implementation of the function,the overall structure of the system is divided into three parts,which are data acquisition part,wireless data transmission part and PC monitoring part.The system hardware design include data acquisition part and wireless data transmission part.The CC2430 chip of TI company is chosen as the main control chip.According to the characteristics of wireless networks,the hardware is divided into three parts,which are coordinator node,the router node and terminal node.The hardware structure diagram of each node is designed,which include radio frequency and extended circuit,sensor circuit,power supply circuit,interface circuit,serial communication circuit and alarm and reset circuit.The software design of the system is written and compiled in IAR development environment.The sensor node program is written.The software flow chart is designed,which include the coordinator node,the router node and terminal node.Temperature and humidity signal acquisition by wireless sensor network and data transmission between sensor nodes are implemented.The software of this system is designed in the development environment of LabVIEW.The function of the system is described.The upper computer software development process is designed,which is divided into five parts,user management,system setting,data processing,data display,and historical data.Using LabVIEW software,the design of the monitoring interface of the state monitoring system is completed.The actual display function,the curve report and the data storage function of the upper computer monitor are given. |
