With the development of logistics industry,the total load and total mileage of railway logistics freight trains continue to grow at a high speed,and the safety of railway operation is also increasing.The safe operation of train is the eternal theme of railway transportation.In railway freight transportation,the brake system of train is the key device to ensure the safe operation of freight train.Once the brake system of train breaks down,it is easy to cause safety accidents,resulting in property and even personnel losses.With the increase of railway freight demand and technical progress,China's railway freight trains are developing towards the direction of heavy load and high speed,and the stable operation of freight train braking system is more important.At present,China's railway freight trains mainly rely on manual train inspection and ground monitoring system arranged along the railway.Manual train inspection can only be carried out when the train starts,transfers or arrives at the station.The ground monitoring system is limited by space and can only carry out point selection monitoring on the railway track.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a freight train braking monitoring system based on Lora.The monitoring system collects the braking parameters of freight train through sensors and uses Lora wireless technology to build the train on-board communication network Wireless data transmission.The monitoring object of this thesis is the expansion length of the brake adjuster screw when the freight train is braked.On the basis of analyzing the demand of the freight train brake monitoring system,the overall scheme of the system is studied and designed.The monitoring system is mainly composed of data collection node and main control node,which is combined with the cloud platform of the Internet of things for collection,transmission and monitoring display.The displacement sensor of the acquisition node is installed at the train compartment brake adjuster,the node MCU reads the sensor signal and sends it to the maincontrol node through Lora network;the main control node is installed in the train control room,receives the displacement information uploaded by the acquisition node,displays it on site through the RGB LCD screen,at the same time,the main control node carries the wifi module,connects the onenet Internet of things cloud platform,and collects the node position Mobile information is uploaded to the cloud platform for remote monitoring.In this thesis,the hardware design,Lora communication network design,node software design and cloud platform application development of the monitoring system are described in detail.Finally,the software and hardware debugging of the acquisition node and the main control node of the system is carried out,and the designed monitoring system is tested by experiment,which proves the operation of the system and realizes the basic functions of the monitoring system,which is the supervision of the railway freight train in the future Test development provides theoretical and technical support.
