Research On Operating Capital Management Of AY Company Based On Channel

At present,some companies in China do not attach enough importance to their own financial management,lack senior managers,and their financial basic work is relatively weak.Especially small and medium-sized enterprises,because of their insufficient strength,poor financing ability and weak risk tolerance,blindly pursue profits and neglect the financial management of companies,this will inevitably influence the long-term development of companies.Working capital,as the most important part of company financial management,not only influences the flow and income of enterprise funds,but also is the power to maintain the normal development of enterprises.In the daily business activities of enterprises,working capital is the most mobile and common part.It is compared to the "blood flow" of the survival and development of enterprises.It runs through every link of enterprise procurement,production and sales.In the traditional management of enterprise working capital,it is not conducive to the continuity of enterprise operation to select individual management elements as the management focus.This kind of management mode does not combine the management of working capital with the management channels of enterprises,which has great limitations.Therefore,it is imperative to introduce new management theory to meet the requirements of modern enterprises for working capital management.In recent years,many scholars have conducted in-depth research on working capital management,and put forward a new channel-based working capital management theory,which has significant theoretical value and practical importance for the research of working capital management.In this paper,the content and method of working capital management based on channel are discussed,and then the specific case of AY company,a household appliances manufacturer,is analyzed.Hope to help business managers find shortcomings in business channels,improve the management level of working capital In terms of writing ideas,this paper is divided into six parts.Firstly,this article clarifies the background and importance of the topic,and collates a lot of domestic and foreign research literature;secondly,it elaborates the correlative theories of working capital administration,introduces the traditional working capital administration theory and channel theory;secondly,this article takes AY company as an example,in opinion of the company’s working capital.Administration status,combined with the company’s own industry characteristics,analysis of AY company operating capital management problems and find out the reasons.Finally,the channel theory is introduced to build AY company’s working capital management system based on channel from three aspects of procurement,production and sales,and measures are put forward to ensure the effective operation of AY company’s working capital management system,which provides an optimized idea for AY company to improve its working capital administration efficiency at the present stage.I hope this article can help AY company improve its working capital administration efficiency.It can provide many reasonable references and references for medium-sized household appliances enterprises to construct their working capital management system.
