It has been 10 years since China 's GDP surpassed Japan to become the world 's second largest economic country in 2010.China 's economy is growing and people 's living standards are constantly improving.The home appliance industry has played an important role in improving the living standards of the people and is the pillar industry of our economy.However,with the promulgation of relevant national policies and the people's demand for products is getting higher and higher,the entry barriers for the home appliance industry are getting higher and higher,and competition is becoming fiercer.If an enterprise wants to maintain the stability of its operations in a fiercely competitive environment,it must pay attention to its financial management,and the most important of these is its working capital management.The traditional working capital management is mainly based on performance evaluation of individual elements and optimization one by one,but this ignores the integrity of the company,and there are often situations where managers harm the company's overall interests in order to achieve the optimal management effect of a certain element.Therefore,this article takes Z Electrical Manufacturing Company as the research object,and first reclassifies its working capital into two categories(operating funds for operating activities and working capital for investment activities)from the perspective of channel management(purchasing,production,marketing,and investment channel working capital).Then,the problems of working capital management of each channel are discussed separately,and the reasons behind it are discussed.For example,the procurement channel relies on the advantages of its industry leader to occupy upstream funds,resulting in a high proportion of parables,and the production channel is lacking in the estimation of output.As a result of the backlog of in-process products,marketing channels due to their industry attributes and intensified market competition have resulted in slow turnover of finished product inventory and the company's receivables have increased year by year.Based on the company's actual and market conditions,a targeted working capital management optimization plan is proposed for each channel.Finally,based on the perspective of channel management,combined with the company's actual and market conditions,it makes specific suggestions for the problems existing in the company's working capital management.It is hoped that it willnot only improve the working capital management of Z Electric Manufacturing Company,but also provide a reference for the same industry.
