In order to solve the problems of low payload and small working radius of small UAV,this paper takes coaxial dual rotor as the bullet of cluster bomb,and uses gunshot to reach the designated area directly,so as to realize the purpose that it has certain load capacity and can work long distance.In this paper,the aerodynamic characteristics of bullets(i.e.eoaxial dual rotor)and shrapnels were studied,aerodynamic model of coaxial dual rotor aircraft and shrapnel was established,the separation trajectory of cluster bomb was obtained by simulation,and the whole throwing process was simulated.The main contents of this paper were as follows.(1)Based on the theory of aerodynamics and external ballistics,the flight trajectory of shrapnel was analyzed.The main aerodynamic coefficients of shrapnel at different angles of attack were analyzed.The trajectory of shrapnel at different angles of attack was calculated and the initial parameters of shrapnel were obtained.(2)The dissemination separation trajectory of shrapnel was theoretically studied,the dissemination strategy was analyzed and determined,the deceleration parachute was selected,and the dissemination trajectory of each part of shrapnel was simulated.After confirming that each part of the trajectory had no mutual influence,the whole dissemination process was simulated.(3)The upper and lower blades of the coaxial dual rotor aircraft were designed.The flight dynamics of the coaxial dual rotor aircraft was studied theoretically.The aerodynamic parameters of the coaxial dual rotor aircraft were obtained by aerodynamic simulation.The lift and torque coefficients of the blades in the single-rotor system and the twin-rotor system were compared.(4)The structure of the coaxial dual rotor aircraft was studied and designed.The virtual prototype for the experiment of the coaxial dual rotor aircraft was established.The dynamics simulation of the coaxial dual rotor aircraft and the lift-forward flight experiments were carried out.Compared with the aerodynamic simulation data,the working performance of the coaxial dual rotor was obtained based on the aerodynamic parameters and experimental data.As a basis forjudging the success of throwing.
