Research Of Energy Cooperation Between China And Russia

China's economic development in recent years is obvious to all.With the rapid development of economy,China's energy consumption is also increasing.China's existing energy cannot meet the needs of economic development,and corresponding measures need to be taken.Russia is China's largest neighbor and a large resource country.In recent years,China and Russia have not only been geographically connected,but also have carried out deep cooperation in many aspects,which has played an important role in the sustainable economic development of both countries.Especially the "Chinese Belt and Road Initiative"strategy,the cooperation with Russia Chinese strategy to upgrade,this has laid a good foundation for the two countries to carry out energy cooperation between.However,China and Russia are often affected by some factors in the process of energy cooperation,which makes the energy cooperation between the two countries have some twists and turns.Therefore,in-depth analysis of energy cooperation between China and Russia and strengthening energy cooperation between China and Russia are of great significance for promoting economic and political exchanges between the two countries.Under the background of regional energy cooperation,this paper investigates the current situation of energy development and cooperation between China and Russia by using the methods of literature research,quantitative and qualitative analysis,combining with the theories of regional economic integration and comparative advantage trade,and finds that it is necessary for China and Russia to conduct energy cooperation.From the perspective of Russia,the main problems in energy cooperation between China and Russia are the lack of a systematic plan for energy cooperation with China,the incomplete dependence of China's energy imports on Russia,the uncertainty in the supply of energy itself and the lack of political mutual trust between Russia and China.From China's point of view,the main problems are the shortage of medium and long-term energy strategic planning,the low competitiveness of China's energy enterprises relative to similar enterprises in the country,the backward infrastructure of Russia restricting energy exports to China,the imperfection of Russia's energy policy and the strict restrictions imposed by Russia on the energy industry.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the level of political mutual trust between China and Russia,formulating feasible energy planning,establishing all-round and deep-seated energy cooperation relations with Russia,improving Russia's own market environment and establishing China-Russia energy cooperation and coordination mechanism.
